Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom orders, including specific shirt or ink color combinations, may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Time: Domestic (US) shipping takes 5-7 business days via USPS or FedEx. International shipping takes 10-20 business days, subject to customs delays.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and order size. Free shipping on orders over $50 (US only).
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Please include your order number in all inquiries to support@fukcai.com.
Address Accuracy: FUKCai.com is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your address at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@fukcai.com with your order number. We will file a claim with the carrier, but we are not liable for carrier errors or delays beyond our control.
International Customs: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. FUKCai.com is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
Return Policy
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items only (e.g., wrong size, color, or ink). Proof of problem, such as clear photos of the defect or incorrect item, must be provided.
Process: Email support@fukcai.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photos. We will issue a return authorization and provide shipping instructions within 48 hours.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items: Items damaged by the customer, worn, washed, altered, or used are not eligible for return. Custom orders (e.g., specific shirt/ink color combinations) are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, size, or color shipped). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns. Customers must return the original item and place a new order for the desired size, color, or product.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing support@fukcai.com with your order number. Cancellations after processing may incur a 15% restocking fee. No cancellations are accepted once an order has shipped.
